As I said earlier, Orange Islands is split between Seasons 2 and 3. The 4Kids seasons are split into straight 52-episode chunks irregardless of the saga:

Season 7: Episodes 313-364 ("What You Seed is What You Get" through "Judgement Day")
Season 8: Episodes 365-416 ("Clamperl of Wisdom" through "Pasta la Vista")

It is far, FAR easier to search by saga name and subtitle than Season.

Johto Journies was never released as a boxset. The last 2 episodes of the season were never even released on DVD.

Viz might do them for the movies if they get back the license for those, but other than that, you will have to make do with the 4-movie Blu-ray EchoBridge released. However, that release has no extras and Movie 5 still has the heavy blue tint.
The series? No way. They're not even on Blu-ray in Japan and like hell Media Factory will let Viz gain an advantage over their 2-episode convience store DVDs. Even if they somehow allow it, they will never allow the Japanese version over.
