Pokémon sun/moon vs ultra sun/moon should I get the new one?

So the short story is I'm interested in the new Pokémon game . I was thinking about getting it to play with some friends. They already have at least one copy on preorder. I'm not too familiar with the series and don't know the major difference in the new one vs older versions. The Amazon.com steel book edition is tempting.
I already have a copy of sun. Is it really worth getting the new one this Nov?

If you're a huge pokemon fan and have the money for it, then why not? I believe the differences are new story, new pokemon coming to both versions, as well as various new features. Up to you to see if the new content is worth the money you'll have to shell out.
