POLL: Kmart Qualtity?

In general every kmart I have been in is disorganized and understaffed. Tom Cruise as Charlie Babbit in Rain Man sums it up perfect "Kmart Sucks!"
Now, for those of us looking for cheap games kmart can be a gold mine. However, as a retail business they are very bad. Though in my area they are trying to improve in organization and cleanliness.

It depends on where you go, one kmart about 6 miles from here is a complete dump, they've been understaffed for years so the entire store looks terrible. Then on the flipside another kmart in the opposite direction about ten miles down the rd has tons of staff, store is super clean and the gaming section is extremely organized

They make wal-mart seem like a paradise....and I stopped shopping at wal-mart years ago because they were dirty, disorganized shitholes.

Stupid topic.

The one near me is disgusting. Makes me want to wash my hands with bleach, burn my clothes, and get a tetanus shot.

In other words, it's no worse than Wal-Mart.

The extra "t" stands for extra quality!

Ya, kmart is pretty bad. I remember seeing tons of merchandise literally thrown together on racks, and barely anyone around for help. Haven't gone there in long while though.

As for walmart. The super walmart near me is pretty nice actually for what it is, but that's probably because it's only a year old or because it's not just a plain walmart. I don't know....

Thanks to everyone who responded. Interesting to see, seeing as my Kmart has none of the problems you guys mentioned, but that's just me.

Since Kmart and Sears are one, is Sears bad too? I'd say the same about Sears, it's just fine.
Kmart is one step above Wal-Mart but a mile below Target.
store quality/cleanliness goes like this:

Target > Walmart > Kmart

every time im in kmart (especially around here in las vegas) i feel like im gonna get robbed/stabbed/raped/etc trying to walk from my car to the store

My Kmart is like someone drove a forklift into the store, dumped a pallet of crap in the middle of the store and a group of gnomes decided to play "hide item"

LMAO. Maybe i just live in a good area? Sounds like it.

Not only is it disorganized and understaffed, it lacks people that speak english! How many people do I have to ask in order to find one that know what I'm talking about?!?!
