just curious what people think. It bothers me a little to see the trade forum cluttered up with topics of people selling pin codes.

Sure why not? I think it's stupid to buy them, but if people want to spend the money on them, that's their perogative and there is no reason why we should stop them.

If people want to buy them, sure. Just don't appreciate it when people steal codes from a game rental place and then sell it on here...
I dont see why people want to pay for them. The metroid disc will be sold for $10. :D
Like I said in another topic, no stores will sell them because they will only come bundled inside the Metroid package. They will not get in any seperate copies.

I think people should be able to sell them because there are people out there that would be willing to pay for one or two more so they can get enough codes. It's cheaper than buying a new game or subscring to NP. I encourage people give to them away instead of selling them, but that is their choice.

What I do think is stupid is getting the Metroid disc. Based on the other thing you can obtain for the code (Zelda goodness) this isnt anything worth it. I say just wait and get something good.

It's just the Metroid 2 demo right? I don't see what the fuss is about. If it was the actual game, I would understand.

Metroid 2 isn't even all that fun when I tried it at E3. Then again, I didn't like MP1 either.

from a rental store(a game you rented, but didn't buy) no you shouldn't really have them in the first place, but keep them, give them away but don't sell them.

if it's a code from your game you bought, go ahead and sell it, just make one thread for it.

i think you should be able to sell it if you own the game. personally i am thinking of giving my g/f's pin codes away to a friend instead of selling them, because they don't register their games. but i don't see a problem with selling them.
