Poll: WHo has already paid off Halo3?

I dunno, I'd have to check to see if Best Buy has charged my credit card yet. I don't think so. I picked cheap-ass shipping on the uber-nerd box so I figure it won't get charged/ship out until the 25th.
 
yesterday i went in and sold some stuff with a 30% more coupon to gamestop, then with that money, paid off halo.
 
Where is the Poll Question? Anyways, I've been paying on my Legendary for almost a year and final payment was made in June. A little over half was in Christmas gift cards and the rest in cash. Mine is coming from Gamestop, but only because of the gift cards. I try my hardest not to give them my business.
 
Legendary Edition only has $25 on it. I'll pay the rest when I pick it up.

Might go to Wal-Mart to pick up a copy as well because the line at EB will be ridiculous. And yes. I'm that obsessed with Halo to buy a copy just so I don't have to wait an hour or so to get it.

Have a CE paid from the Best Buy online deal along with the $5 1600 Live points card. I started to preorder another CE yesterday but I dont think i'll have trouble finding it at midnight. I'm buying the 2nd copy just so I don't have to wait for the one to ship, I will return that copy for a refund using the B&M copies receipt. CANT WAIT! :D
 
I get my pay check at the end of the month, so as soon as August's check came in I bought it in full at Best Buy. I wanted to make sure I didn't spend all of my money on football and booze.
 
Collector's Edition paided off at liongames back when it was on its special 20$ off price :)

and i dont even own an xbox 360 yet haha
 
Paid off about a week ago. I took advantage of the $10 extra for 2 PSP games deal in August and then last week I traded in some garbage games for the extra 20% and ended up paying only $3.22 for the regular edition.
 
Paid off a copy of the LE yesterday that will probably stay sealed. Likely grab a regular copy if another 360 ends up in the apt as well.
 
Paid off a regular edition (Collector's Editions always fail to impress me. I'll assume Halo 3 won't be any different) from Dell in July, when it was $20 off and free shipping.

exactly I spoke with GS employees when I picked up skate. They have well over 400 pre-orders and I asked how they are dealing with midnight release. They said midnight release is for pre-orders only and they gonna have line start as early as 9PM at my mall. So I haven't put more than my minimum $10 for collectors because I would rather not wait all night when I could possibly just walk 50 ft to the Wal-mart and get a copy.
 
I don't see the point in preordering when you can just to go to a 24 hour Wal-Mart and pick one up at midnight. But on the bright side, that means I won't have to worry about any lines when I go, since everyone will be at GS/EB. :D

Oh, and regular version for me.

yea the only real reason i pre-ordered was because of liongames awesome price on it. CE for 55 shipped.
if not i would've just bought it on release date too.

Yeah that was a good deal. I'll pick it up from WalMart on release night and then when my internet order arrives I'll take that back to walmart. You get the good internet price combined with the midnight release.
 
Nothing yet, though it's reserved at Best Buy when they had that Pre Order Halo 3 get up to 3 1600 point cards for $5/each glitch a while back.

Will be nabbing it Monday evening after work.

If work ends at 12pm or thereabouts, he could :). I'm probably going to do that, I've got it pre-ordered, although I may put it to something else (collectors editions have been weaksauce for a while now) and just pick up the regular version bright and early on Tuesday.

Knowing my gamestop, they'll only have enough of every version to cover the pre-orders.

12 PM is the middle of Monday. 12 AM is the beginning of of Tuesday, and he said he is getting off in the evening, so the midnight release idea is thrown out and 12 AM isnt a monday anyway.
