The Japanese/Korean/Asian versions of Red Seeds Profile have the same English voice cast as the US version, but the text is in Japanese. Not that big a deal really since the vast majority of scenes (including sidequests) are voiced, but you won't be able to read the item descriptions and location names. Of course, there's always an English map and a list of translations on GameFAQs.
The game's out of print though so getting it from Play-Asia.com or YesAsia.com won't be an option, but there's still a few Hong Kong sellers on eBay selling factory sealed copies for 38 dollars. Quite the bargain when you consider the Japanese MSRP for this was about 100 dollars.
Like pete already mentioned though, Yasuhiro Wada casually announced last March at GDC that his Toybox studio would be working with Access Games on a remastered PS3 version, and that it might be properly announced at this year's E3. Of course, E3 has just passed and we didn't hear anything about it, but when Swery was confronted with it on Twitter he said "Don't worry, timing is important not speed.", so it can be assumed that it's still in development.
