Possible to redeem UK downloadable content onto US X360?

Hey,

Is there a way to redeem downloadable content for a UK 360 game on a US 360 console?

I know US PS3 owners can do this by creating a UK PSN ID and downloading the content to their machines. Is something like this possible for the 360?

And I hope I put this in the right forum. I didn't know where else to post.

If you download content from the UK PSN can you play it on your copy of a US game? The UK has some sweet Just Cause 2 DLC in the form of a huge monster truck that I want.
