So as the title says i might be getting a Vita, Walking Dead Bundle to be specific, and was wondering what game I should start with, as getting a Vita isn't exactly cheap I will be able to get one game to start if i'm lucky, i'm debating Disgaea 3 (Long-time fan) Metal Gear HD Collection, Soul Sacrifice, Ragnarok Oddysey, and which one would be the best, and what are the current multi-player activity in Rag/Soul. Some advice would be appreciated, if you have any suggestions for other games feel free. :)

I don't know if platformers are up your alley but Rayman Origins has some of the best looking graphics I've seen on any handheld so far.

Hmmm... if you're locked into just one game (~$30-$40) I would almost suggest getting the bundle and a 3 month or 1 year PS+ Subscription.

You would need a larger memory card then what is supplied with TWD bundle though.

Hmm, Rayman, that game was dam fun during the Gameboy Advance SP Days lol, might check it out. Still waiting for word on how active/inactive the Multiplayer is for Soul Sacrifice and Ragnarok, thanks :)

I will most likely be buying a used 8gb Vita Mem card for about $13 off Amazon, so should hold till i'm able to get the dough for a bigger (and still overpriced to hell) mem card.

It would just be a convenience factor for you at that point. Even a 32GB card isn't really big enough for a long term PS+ subscription IF you want to have access to all the freebies at once. If you don't mind "purchasing them... for free" and keeping them in your queue in the PS Store until you're ready to download and play them and then delete them as soon as your down so you can move onto the next you'll be okay with 8GB. It's just that you won't be able to have immediate access to everything and you'd have to juggle games according to how much space you have available.

Remember when they have freebies up as long as you "purchase" them you can download them at any point as long as you maintain an active PS+ subscription.

Ah yeah, but I can always just back up the game and transfer the games to my PS3 saving me from the hassle of re-downloading every time, although I was never into PS+, sure the discounts are nice but never really caught my eye. Who knows maybe its a good route if I decide to pick up a Vita.

Especially if you do it soon with a vita - it's expected that the 'core' 3 PS+ vita games will swap out soon and if you start your sub before then you'll get the current 3 (wipeout, uncharted ga and gravity rush) and the replaced ones for as long as your sub goes. And Rayman Origins! So, if you pay the $50 (or $40 if it's still on sale at best buy or $50 + $10 psn credit later if you buy direct from psn right now) right now you'll have at least 4 decent retail games and whatever they add over the next year including the three 'core' games they swap out (which will have at least one solid retail title in there, probably two). Additionally, you can add the ps3/ps4 'free' games to your account for future use so you can download and play those whenever you like down the road.

Sucks to redownload, but it really is a good value.

I just bought a 32gb card, and I'm loving it. Holds everything so far for me. I know it's going to run out if I don't complete/remove some of the games but definitely liking it better than my 8gb.

Really wish I would've sold my 32GB. When the 64GB rumor wasn't mentioned, I blew it off. Then, they mentioned it. I have to delete a game, from time to time. Also, I get a warning, sometimes, that I need more memory to watch a YouTube vid in HD, lol.

Vita is a genius, powerhouse device. Just looking at the work of art known as BlazBlue is amazing! Can't believe I didn't like that game and sold it off! Got it for $10 at the Sony store, sold it, then got it with PS+. I'm always staring at the backgrounds! They programmed the hell out of that game and the Vita can run it all!

Oh, ramble....... Keep your 8GB then sell, save, trade to get the 64GB whenever it gets to NA. Or, get a 16GB, if you can......then go straight to 64GB.

Regarding game recommendations, I've heard a lot of my friends really raving about Persona 4 Gold. I have it but I haven't gotten around to playing it yet (so many other games in my backlog...) but I really enjoyed Uncharted: Golden Abyss and my friend really enjoyed Assassin's Creed III: Liberation. So if you're a fan of those series then they are worth picking up. I've been enjoying Gravity Rush so far and that's free on PSN right now.

Uncharted was free, still should be too I think.

Its not bad, doesnt control as well as normal uncharted games and not deved by naughty dog and has arbitrary touch controls, but yea decent graphics and story.

Uncharted is still free and should be until next month. It is a good game, great by handheld standards. While your issues are valid, they aren't bad in anyway either. The graphics are unbelievable (again, for a handheld) and the story retains the same UC fun from the rest of the series.
