When I try to post a YouTube video with a time stamp, instead of automatically embedding as usual with the desired start time, the pasted URL turns into a link. I've also tried using BBCode tag [youtube]. That seems to provide the same results and is therefore redundant (maybe not in all instances?). Is there anyway to do this or for it to be implemented?

Normal without timestamp:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reviPO_ThSs
With timestamps:
Exact URL as above vid with "#t=95s" added to the end:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reviPO_ThSs#t=95s
With "&t=1m35s" added (embeds but with improper time stamp):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reviPO_ThSs&t=1m35s
From YT share link with desired time stamp:
http://youtu.be/reviPO_ThSs?t=1m35s
