Yeah looks like its dead. Granted, I hear the game's terrible, those drums look like some sorta Little Tikes activity station, and I'm sure it's a crappy guitar but still a guitar for $30 doesn't seem all bad, at least good enough for the newcomer who wants to learn how to play Time of your Life by Green Day.
 
I never knew they even had a 'band kit' for this game. Only ever saw the guitar bundles (as well as the millions of stand-alone copies littering clearance bins all over the country).
 
Mine arrived today but they sent the wrong thing. They sent the guitar bundle instead of the Band bundle. Now I have to ship this thing back. Thanks Newegg for wasting my time.
