No there aren't. At least not in the U.S. anyway. I'm sure it's the same for any other country as well though.
I just took a quick view for you and every website either didn't have the game up still or they were advertising the $20 worth of PSN content code that's just includes all the DLC that's already in the Playstation Store as well as that this code will already be included in all XL editions of the game regardless of pre-order. So if that's you're deciding factor if you should get it right now then wait.
