Did anyone here take Amazon up on this offer? I ordered a copy of each, and even received an email from Amazon saying the $5 coupons or credits would be credited to my account ($10 total) - but have yet to see the coupons appear.

I've never had trouble with Amazon before, but anything is possible.

It could be that you won't see the discounts until you're at the final checkout screen. At least that's how it worked when I had some discounts from magazine orders.
