Well first topic and is probably terrible. Well I tried.

Might have a MSRP of less then $59.99 but if not it is a good deal at $44.99+$1.99 shipping.

I am also not sure if Costco cancels preorders as well but someone will hopefully post about it.

Nintendo hasn't released an official MSRP for it yet so retailers are just spitballing it.  They usually skew high so they don't end up losing money if the price turns out lower than expected.  

I expect Kirby to be priced the same as Captain Toad, which was $39.99, which would make this a bad deal.
