Many banks sell them at their branches. You can find them at drug stores, gift shops, just about everywhere now.
If you're having trouble finding a local place to get one, try:

I've seen them at Walgreens, but I don't know what you mean by cheap. It's a credit card that you pay money into, give $20 get $20. You could check Ebay but from my recollection gift cards and prepaid cards go for 85 - 95% of their value.
Also, PP Visa cards charge per use if I'm not mistaken (I think to pay for the CC fee) so that may not be your best best if you're looking for a credit card solution.

lol they suck , don't even bother , because I work as a cashier, lemme explain a few of the problems I got with those.
Okay say for example your order is like 63.99 or something a game with tax. your card only has 25 dollars, it will keep denying your card because it wants to pay for the whole thing. You can enter in the register EXACTLY how much you wanna pay, like just 25 ,and pay the rest. but if you dont know , you can guess but after a few tries, your card gets locked out .
lol You can call em to find exact amount, but you wait for ever. BUT im not saying this WILL happen, but be warned its not fun. I'd prefer the cash - it can be spent anywhere. But its good to have a card for online purchase, but the problem i mentioned before is unfixable. And they never give your money back lol, they fee you to death untill you use all the cash.

Anyone know if there's a difference between a Vanilla Visa and a Visa Gift Card? I've received the latter before as gifts, and have never had any trouble using them online. You simply go to the card's website and enter your own name and mailing address.
However, I've read that the Vanilla Visa doesn't include any way to add your own information. As a result, online merchants try to verify the card and the information doesn't match up.
I used the above link to find a local vendor for Visa Gift cards. But when I got there, the employee only knew about the Vanilla Visa cards.
