my dog "ate" my turtle beach and ruined it. and i have to replace them manualy since i wasnt offered a plan to do so 3 weeks ago. so im already a bit irked, but its w/ei have a job. the lady i was on the phone with was nice enough to give me a 10 dollar Certificate to use with my order.
well today, im trying to use it along a price match with amazon. (over the phone) and im being denied saying its against policy.
i thought we were able to do this in the past? did the policy change cause i am at a lost. i always thought that this was like a extra payment option. why would i be blocked from doing this?
unrelated, i was turned away from the store in times square on Black friday for wanting to price match NBA live.
