Price Spikes???

Is there anything on eBay, or maybe an off-ebay site, or a discussion board, that discusses spikes in the price of specific video games? Like, how Silent Hill games were popular some weeks back, and the prices went from a few dollars to twenty to fifty. I doubt it, but I can hope

It was because of the movie. Same thing happened with Final Fantasy 7.

Its kinda sad if you ask me that there are jumps that damn high. Probably the only game I have that I could net some money for would be my non GH FF7. That and my near mint copy of Snatcher for Sega CD (a game that I'll never part with)

Shadow Hearts spiked in Jan 05 to 60-70 bucks a pop, then went back down for the rest of the year. Also, I remember Xenosaga Episode 1 pre-order artbooks spiked to 80-90 for about 6 weeks, then dropped back down to 10-20. Strange things happen sometimes
