Prince of Persia HD Trilogy US Release?

Prince of Persia HD Trilogy pre-order page on Amazon.

I thought this game wasn't getting a disc based release in the US? I've been considering importing it from the UK but I just noticed this page.

Has anyone played the HD trilogy? How great of an upgrade is it? I have all three on Xbox but I never finished them since I got them after I already had a PS3/360, and getting myself to play games that aren't in HD on my big living room television is hard.

I heard it was getting on on disc release here as well as the Tomb Raider Trilogy.

Joystiq did have an article about Gamefly having PoP HD listed. But nothing has been announced yet.

Someone on another board was saying the sound on the first game in the HD release made it virtually unplayable.

There were all sorts of glitches in the UK disc version from what I've read online. It's a shame.

This game's supposed to come out in less than two months and yet, they haven't released a single screen for Anniversary or Legend.

I played the first two from the PSN. And let me tell you, it's shitty. Sound during the cutscene is stupidly low, game still has all of the bugs that affected the original versions and the frame rate has not changed. Really, Ubisoft. Sony releases nicely done remasters and you, YOU, release this tragedy and call it remastered. And you Sony, how the hell did you let this get passed through your QA? I want my money back.
