Prince of Persia PC $7.99 + Free Shipping at Newegg

I noticed this deal a couple days ago, is this a perminant mark down? How long will this deal last, because I am currently playing all of the PoP games, so I won't really be at the newest one for a couple weeks, but if this is a temporary markdown maybe I'll just buy it and hold onto it till later.
 
It's been at $7.99 for almost a month now I think (possibly longer). So I don't think it's a temporary markdown, unless they're trying to get rid of stock and still haven't done so.
