Well yeah but what isn't going to these days? I get your point though, why support developers when they pull this crap? EA and Ubisoft do this, I wonder when Blizzard will?

Ubisoft PC ports usually have pretty high system reqs.
Expect them to be higher than the requirements for Assassin's Creed:
