Prison Break Season 4 thread - Season Premiere Sept. 1 - Season 3 DVD out 8/12!

Missing the first 10 minutes may be more confusing than missing an entire episode of most shows. I'll have to catch some torrents to get the whole episode and see what happened at the beginning.
I've seen every episode so far and just discovered this topic. Prison Break is now my favorite show (TNA Impact used to, but it's been crap ever since Russo started booking). Last night's episode was awesome... can't wait for season 3!!! I'm also interested to see what happens with crazy cross eyed dude. I hope he makes it to his... destination..
Season 2 isn't over yet as we're only 12 episodes in. There will probably be new episodes alongside 24 in January. Take this opportunity to get the first season on DVD if you haven't already.

I think he meant the mildly retarded one. On tvguide.com last week they had a future episode spoiler about him

Haywire’s going to develop a bit of a crush on a girl he meets in a convenience store

So season 2 isn't over but I gotta wait 2 months to catch some more of it? Dat der be some BS.

Its better than last season's break and certainly better than what ABC did with Lost last year. Almost no TV show has new episodes on during the time between thanksgiving and new years so its better to just advertise it as a fall season and spring season and tell you exactly when the spring season starts up again.

Am I the only one who, despite absolutely despising T-Bag, was a little bit giddy to see him on the front step of his ex-girlfriend in last night's episode?

Knepper plays Bagwell very well. He has probably the "best" role on the show; it's done so well, you can actually hate him.

Well the fun part is, you hate him but at the same time you're drawn to him. I, personally, would have hated it if he had died or been caught right away because he's a fun character to hate. Like I said, part of me was actually a little happy to see him show up at her door just because I can't wait to see what he's gonna do.

Like RvB said, it's not as bad as it could be. Now we just need to wait for the holiday movies and programming to end and Prison Break shouldn't be far behind.

Bingo. Everytime TBag faces certain death, I cringe and pray that he makes it. I freaking love that character and the actor who plays him - he's just so creepy.

Ironically enough I heard about Prison Break while in prison.... then when I got out I watched the whole first season in a matter of days, since then I've been hooked.

My favorite characters:

1/2: Tie between T-Bag and Scofield.
3/4: tie between Asian guy/Sarah Tancretti
5: um.. I also like Mahoney, and that's about it

SPOILERS

Mine would be...

1. Agent Mahone: A very interesting character. He's the most-seen agent and a big symbol for corrupt American government figures. His obsessions with Scofield/Burrows (and previously Shales) and even his drug abuse habit make him an excellent villain who the watchers can see as less than human. Determination and perspiration don't seem to be good to enough to catch the brothers.

2. Theodore Bagwell: From a lowlife sexual predator in prison to a lowlife sexual predator in the real world, T-Bag is played so well it's almost sad as he goes around in the real world, our world, as he continuously destroys the lives of the people he encounters along the way. His motives are fairly clear and he leaves his trail behind in such an eerie way you'll question if the same could happen in real life. A good thinker, planning his cunning coups and you'll watch them unravel well as he manages to bang some girls, slit their throats, then slip behind the cops.

3. William Kim: Another government figure who's as corrupt as the people can hope. The man pulling so many strings behind the scene, and yet the prisoners don't even seem to know he's there as the puppeteer. The power he wields and the dark actions he tells his slaves to commit makes Kim another great villain and perhaps the mastermind behind the other villains. No doubt his character will evolve now that Kellerman has betrayed both him and Mahone.

4. Michael Scofield: The good brother who has a great life, but throws it all away to save his lesser half who's rotting in prison. Masterfully planned, Scofield uses more than origami to bust his way out of prison with the help of a certain girl friend. His great mind and unbelievable way of tactics makes Michael an amazing protagonist and a great person to watch as he manages to squirm out of situtations. It's him versus the United States, and so far he's managed to be on the winning side.

I wonder

With Mahone "eliminated" (I'm assuming he's dead for the time being), does that mean Kim will actually step out on the field? He did say he doesn't like being on the field. Maybe he'll be more ruthless than all the other villains so far.

It looks like Mahone took that shot in the right shoulder, far from any vital organs but it is still possible that he could be dead.

I don't think he's dead either.. his character is too well liked, and plus he's a great actor.

I guess it's hard to have different characters on this list, these guys are just too great :) It's a nice!

If you haven't checked out the big game tonight, then you haven't seen the new commercial proclaiming Prison Break's continuation of the second season in two weeks!
Monday night is an amazing night for television. 8PM Prison Break, 9PM 24, 10PM Heroes (caught on my DVR).
Yeah, I don't have DVR so I haven't really decided what I want to do about the whole 24 and heroes in the same time slot.
Yeah, I don't have DVR so I haven't really decided what I want to do about the whole 24 and heroes in the same time slot.
I'm planning on going old-fashioned and tape Heroes and watch 24. Plus, Heroes re-airs Friday nights at 7 on Sci-Fi.

Hmm, personally I just hate Bagwell period. I am mad that he outlasted so many other characters. I will be one of the few cheering if, and hopefully when, he bites it.
Am I the only one who, despite absolutely despising T-Bag, was a little bit giddy to see him on the front step of his ex-girlfriend in last night's episode?
I certainly was. Mainly because, as far as I remember he wasn't doing anything wrong at the time, that perhaps he was even trying to start over. Then that stuff happens, and she sent him in. That did happen didn't it? That's how I remember it. So yeah, I was happy about it.

I wanna see him get to a good place somewhere. I don't even hate him one bit. :)

upcoming spoiler about tbag and kellerman

Question: Any Prison Break spoilers?— Julie
Ausiello: The ever-comical T-Bag is gonna literally play doctor in an effort to evade the police. And the gradual redemption of Kellerman continues: We're going to learn how he came to be damaged goods when he meets up with his sister and the two have a heart-to-heart. (Hint: It's all Mommy's fault.)

I guess you weren't paying attention...he committed suicide...

To everyone who misses an episode: This show is pretty popular. You can pretty much download the episode a few hours after it airs. The episode from tonight was posted about 3 hours ago. I know we're not allowed to talk about servers or trackers but if you're new to the bittorrent protocol, I suggest www.utorrent.com

I'm disappointed at the end of the episode. They killed off that direction of the show pretty quickly. I would have love to see where they are going with him.

What a way to end that episode.

Seeing Bellichek with that scared shitless look was priceless. I'm really pulling for C-Note, though. Mahone's done a quick turnaround, too. I'm guessing we'll see how Sucre's doing next week.

I'm getting the feeling that the show really could conclude by the end of the season unless some major twists happen soon.

I was disappointed that Sucre wasn't in this episode.
I thought Sucre's plane got shot down? Do I just not remember him surviving the crash?
He jumped out with a parachute, IIRC.

yes he did
the pilot died

pretty good episode last night...I was not happy with T Bag, I was
not expecting him to play the nice guy to start out the show

Looks like Mahone
may join up with kellerman, linc, and micheal to take down the president

as for a next season, Next was Fox's Prison Break (6.6/10), which the network has confirmed is in discussions for a third season

per http://www.tvtracker.com/daily_ratings.php?PHPSESSID=a918e2ce59f5b5511244412bc3ce485c

last nights episode came in 2nd place according to the overnights. The fast nationals haven't been posted as of yet. In first was deal or no deal, which handed prison break its ass. Prison break was a tad above wife swap and How I met your mother.

Exclusive! Prison Break Leading Lady Pregnant!
You read it here first: Prison Break's Sarah Wayne Callies is expecting her first child with husband Josh Winterhalt, the actress' spokeswoman confirms. The baby is due in late summer.

What exactly does this mean for Dr. Sara on PB? I'll have the scoop on that in the coming days, but suffice it to say that Michael's crush will be MIA for at least the early part of any Season 3. (Can you say, "kidnap victim?" Can you?)

You missed it unless you're in Cali..I guess? Amazing ep. tonight. Tons of great writing. That 'press conference' was amazing. Brilliant.

you guys think Kellerman is gonna go back to the president? knowing how much he loves her; yes. but obviously he will be backstabbed again. you can sense it on her tone
