Awesome. If you're just getting 15 points, believe me there should be plenty of more offers to do. Just try experimenting more, and checking emails for important email confirmations. Also, try using different or new emails for your offers.

Thanks for keeping the thread alive, guys. Of course I'm also glad Prize Rebel is here after all this time, it would be quite sad if Prize Rebel suddenly shut down because it has literally helped me buy the bulk of my games since last year.

Depends on the price of the game. If you want a game that is for $30 on Amazon, that would probably take about 4-5 days depending on how many you hours you put into getting points. 30 points=$30. But you also have to take into account the shipping needed so it would be around 36 points with the added shipping. New games are obviously $60 so that thats 60 points plus shipping. Its easier to get old games that are around $15 because that can take about 2 days to do.

Prize Rebel got a make over. Custom order forms has changed, old support questions removed, pending prizes is now on front page, and more.

What do you mean? If you gave someone your referral link, and they signed up under you, you're that person's referral. You cannot create another account or anything and sign up under that person. You would get 2% (I think) of the points they get because they signed up under you. And according to the support page, it looks like everything will be up on the 4th. It was crazy because earlier that day, I had around 10.49 points and it shot up to 14.49 because I did about 6 offers and they never credited. Maybe they are finally fixing the crediting problem. I was ordering something when it went to another page and it the site went down.

Yeah, in order to recieve points you must have someone sign up using your referral link. If they forget to like most of my friends have..., it's too late for you unfortunately!

Theone was right except you get more than 2% in referral points. I wouldn't even bother with referrals if that were the case. You actually get 20%, and it really adds up if you refer a lot of people, and help out some of those who refer you so you can make sure you get more of those referral points.

So how are you guys liking the Prize Rebel redesign? Personally I'm digging the color scheme and it looks all-around very current and clean as a website. Logo..is a little bland, but besides that it's looking good. Maybe it'll help some more people gravitate to PR.

To add to the update: a few prizes have had their point requirements lowered and I have seen some new additions (such as the new Banjo Kazooie for the 360).

im in another one of my famous slumps. im keeping busy though so it doesnt really matter right now. hopefully my refs in PR and P2S can give me a boost
 
Today is the day their support system is suppose to be back up. I just want to check if an item I ordered went through. I was also not getting points before the makeover.
 
Does anyone know a good place to use to get people to sign up with your referral code?

I've managed to get 7 a while ago but only two have gotten any points and the rest (those two included now) don't do anything (it's been a few weeks now).

yea i had one referal get me .16 points about 2 weeks ago and hasnt done anymore since. maybe offers are not goin through for them either. who knows but from wat ive seen from others, PR refs arent the most "active" of users. jus gotta hope they eventually come back

Yeah, one of my referrals actually got me a little bit last night (less than a point, but something anyway). He's active about once a week it seems. So at least he's trying.

Your lucky. I have 3 referrals; brother, girlfriend, and some new person. My girlfriend is the most active, let me rephrase that, she is the only one trying to get points.

So I am desperately trying to get referrals but it seems like the well is tapped out.

Its doing ok, but I guess I hit a rough patch today. Seems like none of the offers I am doing are going through. Not sure what the deal is, maybe they are doing some maintenance.

Haha, well I havn't been too lucky. My lifetime referral points is only 0.33 and that person who's been getting them here and there has only gotten .22 of those.

From this thread alone? There's really no way to tell, but I'd guestimate and say around 200. That may seem like a lot, but most of the people I refer quit after a couple of days, and then there are those that don't even bother to try. So, while referrals are nice the offer system is better. The best people to refer are those you know because you can give them tips when they're stuck.

200 refs!!! wow. even if most dont get pts you still got 200 people to check the site out. thats an accomplishment in itself. ive been thinking of starting my own Points 2 Shop thread but just havent had the time plus there are already several around here.


and 2 of my PR offers went through yesterday. but its weird, one offer i did 4 days ago and barely credited yesterday.
 
You just gotta give PR a little time these days. Instead of waiting and dwelling on offers that haven't gone through yet, you could do other ones. Sometimes offers won't approve because simply mistakes do happen, so don't give up based on a couple of offers not approving. You just gotta find your groove, PR works differently for each of us it seems.

Does PR have a limit on how many points you can earn a day? I earned 10 points today and it seems like it just stopped. I tried doing easy .2 pt offers, the ones where you input your email and click the link they send you and I still don't get credit. Any ideas?
 
everything is getting better :D, i finish 1.5 / 1 Point offers in 10 minutes, i order 2 wii cards and 1 gaia card in only 4 hours :bouncy::bouncy:, just clear cookies with ccleaner and use roboform, custom prizes and support are back online :bouncy: i can order from ebay now!!

How do you get the 1.5 offers to work? I would really like to know.
 
I don't see why 1.5 offers are causing trouble, they don't seem to give me any more problems than any other kind of offer.

If I can refresh my memory a bit, are they the offers with the gold, silver offers at the end? If so, I usually click on one or more of the links on those pages(nothing beyond that), and keep clicking next until I'm done. I also click yes at least once on each of those list of offers, but I don't actually fully complete the offers I said yes to.

well, i complete 1.5 point until i get gold/silver/platinum offers, i click only one or two and close the page, after that i logout from prizerebel and clear cookies, when i login they credit me, its simply just practice, don´t complete any offer just say "yes" and next skip it

Because many of the offers on PR are from the same company. If they see the same email more than once, they might not let you credit again.

Basically New emails = more points.

oh alright but i couldnt get some of the complete 1st 2 pages offers to work only 1s i really got points for were .5 1s i tried i think 9 things but i only have 1.90 pts
 
i would like to thank aurionfox i did what he said and i got credited wit a 1.5pt offer so im at 4.30 now, how long does it usually take to get 50-130pts?
