Pro Rewards Points Question

So, I have an active Pro Rewards membership and at the time of purchasing one of the disk PS5 bundles with Miles Morales and Destruction All Stars, it doesn't seem as though I really got any points for that. Am I mistaken in thinking I should have gotten a large amount for buying one of their $700+ bundles? It looks like I only received about 1300 points for it, so color me confused...

I didn't get points for my purchase either, so I contacted customer service. Once they confirmed my order details, they issued me the full 14,000+ points within minutes
