My local Meijer had Beyond: Two Souls already out in the PS3 case this afternoon, with the new release tag on it. Even said available 10/8 at 12:01 am. Figured I'd take a chance anyway. Rang up no problem. Even got it for $40 thanks to some Meijer mPerks rewards & coupons. Best of luck to those interested in this game!

I think the worst that happens is your trophies won't sync.  I turned the internet connection off on mine to be safe.  Game spent about 10 minutes installing, and it's playing fine currently.

Also, if this is an inappropriate topic for this forum, my apologies.  I'm sure the mods will point it in the right direction.
