Problem with my 360/OXM disk

So I subscribed to oxm thinking they will get exlusive demos, or before its released on the marketplace, but I guess not (Just got aprils today). Since the CoD2 demo was on it, and now, it will load the opening video fine, but when I hit a button to go into the menus it would freeze. Happens every time. Might as well just cancle since I havent payed yet.
Any thoughts? Happen to anyone else?

I used to have problems withe the Demos on XBOX.

All the 360 demos I've gotten work, believe me, I've played everything on those discs for the OXM Points.

I thought you had to boil their disks to get them to work.

Ive already gotten these demos anyways, justwanted to get the theme and gamerpics. But, it just constantly freezes.

You can call them up and ask for a replcament disk,it's free.
