Problem with SAVER at EB

Well anyway I ordered something a few weeks back using the saver (pre-order + new item) to get it shipped free. Anyway when I got to the shipping instead of ebsaver being free 3-day ship was free (possible glitch) so I took that. I got an e-mail confirming my order, and the e-mail also stated no charge for shipping. So a week went by, and now they sent me an e-mail saying that I will be charged $5.99 for the shipping on the package because there was a glitch on their site. Of course this is after the package has arrived so I can't just undo it or anything. Has anyone else had this happen?

No but I don't think they can charge you for the shipping after the fact. They have to make your total known to you before you authorize them to charge your credit card, and they I don't think they can legally charge you more later. Just call them and complain.
