Professor Layton and the Curious Village $26 at Target

I didnt even notice this while looking in the add, thanks for pointing it out. I been looking to get a deal on that game. BTW goodluck on not getting flamed by people.
MSRP is $29.99.

$21 after coupon is like 30% off.
Gamestop charges $35 if you can believe that. . .

I really hope the coupon works now, the ad lumps games with electronics. Hopefully an ignorant person will man the register at the local Target.
Thanks OP!

The MSRP, according to Amazon, is $34.99, but is sold for $29.99 online.
I'm really enjoying the game, probably 0 replay value to it tho
The downloadable puzzles...

$21 for this game so soon after release is fantastic - it's an amazing game. I've recommended it to three different kinds of gamers and two basically non-gamers, and they have all loved it.

What kind of game is this? Just got my DS back, need some new DS games to help me get acquainted until Guitar Hero comes out :)

Hmm. I agree with whoever said upthread that this game would be clearanced quickly anyway, but that is a damn good deal if you have a spare $21 bucks lying around.

Dang! I bought this at full price a week ago. But for the price, it is amazing, I recommend getting it if you haven't already, so we can get the sequel translated faster. Buy, buy!

scored w/ coupon for $21. Picked up some clearanced items w/ the game, gave the cashier the coupon - I felt a moment of imminent failure as the young lady read the coupon w/ the (female - old angry looking type) manager about 2 arm lengths away. Thought I had no chance, but the young chicky-poo scanned the coupon without asking "the enforcer" (aka manager) her opinion. whew.

Worked for me as well. I kindly asked the clerk if the coupon would work with this purchase. He glanced at it, scanned it, and said looks like it did.

Thanks Ski Hawk & Kendro!

I bought this and Folklore over at my Target with the $5 coupon. The guy at the register took a look at the coupon, then scanned it and said, "Huh, it worked." I went ahead and paid after that.

I've heard great things - probably not for everyone - but I think it's something I'll enjoy (play the demo if you haven't).

Thanks Ski Hawk! Now I am $21.xx poorer!

Ahh this is great! I've pretty much got all the new releases I am interested in this year on the DS except for FF:CC - Ring of Fates. Hopefully we'll see a deal on this baby next month.

Thanks OP!

I went to my local Target today and got it for $22.xx [used the $5 dollar coupon also].

Now I have another game to play after I finish Apollo Justice. [I'm at the last case]

I'll get Bestbuy or Circuit city pricematch with Nebraska Furniture Mart ad (3/25-4/01) have it on sale for $19.99. Also, The Sims, Assassin's Creed, and Sega Super Tennis for $19.99 Each. I wonder Assassin's Creed worth $20 or not ??

Yeah so buy it at Target for this price and return it with receipt to wherever you had bought it at last week.

The key seems to be just getting a cashier that will scan the coupon. I did, and it went right through. Between the sale, the coupon, and my employee discount, I was out the door for $20.10. I too was tempted to wait for the game to go on clearance, but any time you play that game with Target, you're likely to end up with zero copies in stock at your local store by the time the clearance rolls around. I didn't want to take the chance with this one, since I knew I'd love it. I was just waiting for the right moment to swoop in. :D
