Project Gotham Racing 2 single player is annoying

I have a friend on here who thinks the handling in PGR2 and RSC2 are way too tough, beause the analog and d-pad are too sensetive. What are your thoughts? and when are they going to allow control configuration for RACERS (as in how much u push on it, not button layout).

I found some of the single player to be hard while most of it was pretty dammed easy...I almost beat it all with silver and then my save was lost :( I think if your trying to get all platinum or gold then you are crazy because its damn near impossible...PGR2 is good...but its not a great "racer" its like crusin usa with updated graphics...

You probably think its hard because you keep crashing into the walls. You need to brake softly before entering a turn so you can drift and keep your speed.

I thought PGR2 handling was great. Yes it's too easy at times, and yes it's too hard times too. When all the pieces fall I beat the silver and some of the gold single player in 20+ hours along with 20+ hours online, well worth it for just a racing game.

Yeah, it's kind of hard, but at least it's not as bad as PGR1, where if you even bumped the wall at a speed that wouldn't kill a fly if it were in-between the bumper and the wall, you lost all your kudos points. At least you're given a little leeway in PGR2.

I would hate to run into the person who got platinums on every single track. That would be pretty damn difficult.

Off topic: Should I get Moto GP2? I have this and RSC2 and Midnight Club 2, is it even possible to get any better then those?

I downloaded some ghosts online and it looked like there were some people who wouldn't break at all, and literally bumped off the walls at full speed. Sounds like a glitch.

I also downloaded DYABLO's cone challenge... talk about abusing the 360 glitch, because if that didn't exist I would say the kudos system is extremely balanced, why doesn't MS just fix this?
