Projector Q

Has anyone been able to get the Wii to work with a projector? I know the cable for the sensor bar is a hindrance, so I was wondering if anyone figured out a work around?

Two solutions in my mind:

1) Place your equipment in the front of the room. This is what I've done which is working fine, although I planned it specifically because of the Wii.

2) Wait for the 3rd party wireless sensor bar or build a DIY one with a battery pack as seen here
