PS+ February Preview

Vita selection is a bit weak, but expected. Loving that Outlast will be on PS4. PS3 selection is hit and miss for me, but likely quite good for most people. Solid IGC month.

 
Super happy with Metro Last Light, but do I need to play the other one first? Also getting Remember Me and Outlast (even though I don't have a PS4... yet)

 
Metro is pretty poorly optimized for PC. I recommend reading the book instead. But yeah, the stories go hand in hand, though IMO they're forgettable.

There are some small connections between the two, the only real major connection the ending is of the first game - which they recap right near the start of the sequel. You might want to look up the general plot/setting of the first but you'll be able to follow along without playing it.
