Were the Vitas you found new or used? A quick search on ebay for $200 3G Vitas only found used and refurbished versions.

Yeah the PS Vita on eBay are Seller Refurbished.

The JP ones are New

$330 for that Soul Sacrifice Vita is tempting though, knowing we'll never see it over here.
