I traded a co worker of mine a 1982 donruss set of baseball cards for a Ps2. The Ps2 is a few years old but he got it brand new and only played it twice. He said it only has 3 hours or less on it. Also the system is made in Japan and not China. I think that was a good deal.

Dont know yet. This one makes a total of 3. One for the lib=ving room one for the bed room and I guess one for the unfinished basement. My cousin wants me to modify it. So I guess I will.

Man I have tons of those old sets like that .. anywhere from 80 - 85 .. all complete in those long ass boxes. even have a bunch of specialty sets like the complete Nolan Ryan card set that came out. Wish I could find someone to trade for and get something that good.
Good trade considering a set of 1982 Donruss is worth $60.
I've seen them go for around $15 on eBay!

Good deal on that too. In my last month's baseball Beckett, its listed at $60.

I wonder if, when I'm 60, my old cards will be worth anything....bet my damn kids/grandkids (if I have any) would just steal them anyway. Ungrateful little whelps!!!

It seems that most baseball card prices have been stagnant as of late. You cant play games on the cards. I'm as giddy as a school girl with my ps2.
