Real World Golf is pretty good. I had a blast with the Xbox version. It wasn't $70 good, but possibly $40 good.

Hmm with the wii out, stuff like this doesn't seem worth it anymore...

Bought the Xbox version on the day of its release...played for 2 hours...haven't touched it since. That doesn't mean that you won't like it, but the tethered controls squashed the realism for me.
