PS2Cover.com - Ripoff?

Has anyone else on here dealt with PS2cover.com? I ordered the Swap Magic Discs and HD Loader about a month ago, but haven't heard anything from them besides an e-mail saying I had been charged. I just sent my third e-mail to their customer service and have yet to receive a response. I wish I would've google'd them before I made the purchase as their page on Reseller Ratings is horrendous. If I still don't hear from them, is their anything I can do outside of contacting the BBB? None of their shipping information is listed, so I don't see how I can contact their local authorities about it. Does anyone have any advice outside of disputing the charges?

Did you use a credit card?
Just do a chargeback, it's fairly simple, especially if you have everything documented.

The most you need to do is print stuff out, type up a summary cover letter and fax it to VISA or whoever and they'll take care of you. Sometimes if the amount is small enough, they'll just give it to you and go after them themselves.
