Interested in Bioshock, Uncharted, Elder Scrolls and (DAMN)Resident Evil 5(if the other two drop out). What kind of condition are these in? I'm not nearly as picky as the guy who had the feedback war recently, but I'd like an idea.

You can sell it so long as the code hasn't been used, I think they were assuming it was used.

i still have transformers out of the ones u wanted phoenix if u still want it sorry man i got pms before anyone replied to the thread. and the reason for this sale is i am trying to raise some money for music equipment for my group. it takes priority over games and these are all games i either havent played since i got them or dont think im ever gonna play so i figured id offer to someone else that would actualy play them.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else gotten any kind of DC# or communication from this seller? No offense if he's on the level, but things have been too quiet for a week having gone by.
 
I haven't received a refund or communication of any sort from him. He hasn't been on CAG in three days, so I think I'm going to file a precautionary Paypal claim and hope this resolves amicably.
 
He was selling a 360 bundle but then refunded mr_bungle. Hopefully you get your money back fwbweux. Would be in your best interest to file that precautionary claim. Seems hes not having a good track record. First with waxhead then posting multiple sale threads to sell of things. Then going back on those deals. He also didn't respond to my trade offer either but thats small since I didn't send out or pay anything to him.

I initiated the Paypal claim, hopefully things go well. From the link you provided, something definitely seems to be amiss with this trader :| Luckily I'm only out $10 to him for the time being, and I might fire off a short PM to shrike later to tell him what's going on. Eklypze should probably be on Trading Time Out in case he comes back with a mind to get into more fishy stuff with people on the trade forum who aren't aware of these goings-on.

I'll post here if anything happens through Paypal.

Nothing on my end here. Luckily, I requested for him to send first. Disappointed with the lack of communications.. would have appreciated a heads up mentioning he wouldn't be shipping shit out.
 
Yes everyone Do not send money to him. I had to email him and said he would try to ship my game on monday else he would refund me.

BTW I paid for Bioshock 2 so if you want to ask him about it, dont. lol.

'funny' thing is that is my Bioshock 2. I traded it to him for inFAMOUS....except I haven't received inFAMOUS yet :cry:

I think I am pretty much SOL. So much for my first marketplace experience on CAG.....
 
Don't lose heart, 99.9% of the people here are on the level and if you give some people with a bit more of a feedback history a chance you should hopefully have some better experiences. I've been buying, selling, and trading for a year and a half and this is only the second time that I've had to file a Paypal claim.

Speaking of which, Paypal is giving him until March 29 to respond in my claim. I know it's going to be awarded in my favor but the waiting is painful :bomb:
 
Why did he go through that whole getting his negative feedback taken away if he was going to do this? And why only refund half the people? I got a refund but still I feel for you guys because I would be pissed. Also, this is my first problem with CAG in about a year and a half, everyone else has been extremely nice and patient.
 
i was gonna buy bioshock but after reading it, nevermind. I was also got scammed buy a seller here with positive feedback, good thing amazon has been helpful and help me refund my money.
