PS3 60g UPC Request

I recently picked up a second PS3 a few days ago and lost the box during a move. I kept the receipt, but wanted to send in for the 5 BD rebate promo. Does anybody have the UPC from their box that they bought prior to the promo? Doesn't matter how old as I don't think they can verify the purchase date from the UPC. I have the receipt to confirm that. I'd be willing to pay for it or perhaps give away a BD or 2 from the list when I receive them. If anyone's interested, please email me and we'll discuss.

You need the original receipt and a chunck of the box so they know you aren't doing it multiple times off one purchase.
