PS3: buying digital out of region?

Okay, so I'm in the US and have a EU PSN account on my PS3.  It's not PS+ and the only thing I use it for is to download demos/videos.

I want to buy Unearthed Chapter 1, and when I go to checkout it says that I can use my PayPal account to fund my SEN account.  Outside of paying for a EU PSN card, this is the only way I'll be able to pay for the game.

If I do this, will it get my account/console banned?  I really want to play the game on my PS3 instead of Steam since my computer is pure shit at the moment, but if it will put my account/console in jeopardy then I'll just have to wait.  I can't find a definitive answer on using PayPal for out-of-region purchases.

You won't get banned. To fund an EU acct, you need to use an EU PSN card, EU PP or EU PSN card. Post in the gamesharing thread and someone might be able to help you.

Thanks, just found out that using a US PP account won't work.  Dammit.
