PS3 Controllers with 360 Layouts?

First off, I'm not bashing the PS3 controller so no one flip out and take it that way. I actually prefer the PS3 controller with the exception of when it comes to FPS.

I've had a 360 since release and am so used to playing FPS games on my 360 controller that whenever I play a FPS on PS3 it just feels odd and inaccurate. I don't like how the analog sticks are on the same level.

I dug around on Amazon and found plenty of controllers that had the 360 layout but a lot of people mentioned dead zones in the analog sticks and was just wondering does anyone here use a 360 Layout controller and could recommend one for me?

Not a 100% clone of the 360 design but the positions of the analog sticks, d-pad and buttons are similar.

I use this controller when I play on my PS3, I really like the layout and the way the joysticks are closer to that of a 360 controller, I actually prefer using it over the standard controller and use it for practically every game (unless I need to use the motion controls for something, as this has none)
