Added Note. If you do have some interest in the game (or think you will a few months from now) its better to start sooner then later as It has a Passive and active skill point system in place. The passive SP will run all the time while in or out of game on a single character. So sooner your make a char the quicker you can start earning the passive skill points.

They have changed the way active SP works. they have done away with the daily cap and moved to a weekly cap. Will be nice for people that only get a few days to play but want to keep up.

I have enjoyed it so far and really like that you can build your char out how you want over time from spending the skill points you earn. It can take a little getting used to and with being in beta they are still making changes as needed. also adding in new things as time goes on. Best of all its free to get into so worse happens if you don't like it you wasted the time to download the game.
