PS3 HDMI Issue, what the hell?

I took my PS3 over to my girlfriend's house so we could have some Rock Band action. I took her PS3 down and hooked up my PS3 to her HDMI cables. Afterwards, I tried to plug her PS3 back in via HDMI and the damn TV won't recognized the signal. I switched the shitty composite cables and the TV will recognize the signal from them. I hooked up the HDMI cable again and did the whole factory restore trick as well. Any ideas about what I can do?

BTW, it's an 80 GB PS3 hooked up to a 37" 1080p Westinghouse.

It may be the Westinghouse TV - I have a 42" Westinghouse that has similar issues. Try Googling "PS3 HDMI Westinghouse" and you should find quite a few discussions and advice on what to do. I ended up getting an HDMI to DVI cable to hook up to the DVI port on my TV, which works great as a workaround.
