PS3 in stock on Futureshop

It's in Canadian funds.

Thats not extra profit. Futureshop is a Canadian site, and thus, charges Canadian Dollars. This is the MSRP for the 60GB in Canada I believe.

Well let's see, either stores try to sell the system in a bundle with crap nobody wants or they just mark-up the price outright. I've got a PS2 with plenty of games and I'm happy with it so to all the retailers out there, my wallet say fuck you!

They didn't mark up the price, it's in Canadian funds.

OK, if the price is not a mark up then I apologize. In any case, the point is moot for me since I tried to order one and they don't ship to the U.S. (or I haven't figured out how, since they don't let you choose a state on the shipping address, only a province).

EDIT: Found this in their help centre:

"Does futureshop.ca offer international shipping?
We are unable to ship orders outside of Canada. But we do accept most credit cards issued in Canada and the United States for payment."

Oh well, enjoy the PS3, Canadians.

This is 1 store who sold more then 520 within an hour and a half to 2 hours and is only limited to Canda buyers I think that is way better then just well.

They started with 1,000 and the page has been up for about 2 hours. Meh.
505 left. Eh, seems to be selling well. Not as bad as how some of the 360/Nintendo fanboys make it out to be.
i'll register with i dont care either. but if you know of an american store that has Wii's, i am still in the market, having no luck before christmas.
