Ok, first off, I'm a noob when it comes to the PS3. I've had it for a few years but I mostly game on the 360.
Anyways, I started getting a message that I had to renew my license and was informed there were 3 PS3s on my account. There should only be one and so had all 3 deactivated and linked two to my account, both my PS3s. Today I get the message again and was told I needed to connect to the net to renew my license. I told them that's ridiculous, I shouldn't I have to renew my license or be online to play my offline dl games. What happens if I move somewhere where there's no net connection? Does my PS3 become a paperweight?
I do have internet but Is there a way to trick my PS3 to think it's online?
