PS3 rebate

I live in Michigan first off so i cant verfiy if this is good in all states. I went to costco to get a new ps3 slim 160 gb normal price 299.99. They have a rebate on them only (maybe due to the fact its the only model they had)
It was on sale for 243.99 and after tax the total was 262. Pretty good deal if i say so.

They have this deal in WA too. Saw it yesterday. $50 instant rebate. But like always they charge you tax on the pre-rebate price.
 
Confirmed in GA as well (Barrett Pkwy location) $243 before tax. I'm guessing it's national. Rebate is instant, might want to update title and add price. Nice find.
 
How long is this deal going for? I have been looking to get a PS3 and next week I should have the cash.
 
FYE sometimes runs these rebate deals as well, so for those of you with Wherehouse/FYE/Coconuts stores in your area that sell games and consoles you may want to check there too.
