PS3 retail games available on PSN for Direct Download / Gamesharing question

What I'm looking for is a list of full retail games (Mass Effect 2, Little Big Planet, Infamous, etc) that are available for direct download so that they run from the Hard Drive rather than Blu-Ray.

Also are said games governed by the same rules as PSN games regarding game sharing? (IE: if I and a bud pop down the money for ME2, can we both download it?)

I know it doesn't work on Warhawk, but that's the only game I ever remember reading about that has issues in regards to gamesharing

Wow, Much props to booba for the hand made list :) and everyone who replied. Really like CAG so far. Big enough to find people but still feels small and friendly.
