PS3 sell price

Hello,

I apologize first if this is not the correct place to post this.

I am trying to see if I am getting the bad end of the deal.

My friend offered me $200 for my 120 gig ps3 slim with one controller, power cables, and a hdmi cable with handful of games downloaded.

Am I being taken for? Or is this a good deal?

used is still used $200 is more than fair considering the packages you can get new.
