ps3 third party exclusives: any left?

Can someone come up with an up to date list of remaining PS3 exclusives? It's discouraging to see so many PS3 exclusives go multi-platform.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma (though the other two were on XBox, and technically it's the same game, so I dunno if you count this)
FFXII (the main game, at least
Killzone 2
The Getaway 3
Lair
Heavenly Sword
MGS4
Monster Kingdom
Gran Turismo
Time Crisis 4
Tekken 6
Afrika (~!~1~!~!~!!!!!111111)
Ratchet and Clank

Dunno what else..

I googled MGS4 and found some articles claiming that it is no longer ps3 exclusive. It is supposed to come out on xbox 360 a bit after the ps3 release...

This is not official. Its all just people hoping so hard that a lot of people think its true now, but its not yet.

Third party exclusives will be a thing of the past this gen. I can't see any upcoming PS3 or 360 3rd party titles staying exclusive any more.

By the way, I believe all of these are 1st or 2nd party:
Killzone 2
Getaway 3
Lair
Heavenly Sword
Gran Turismo
Afrika
Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

People seem to be in argument about this 3rd party and 1st party stuff since alot of times it seems stuff will be farmed out like Resistance, Gears, and Blue Dragon, but will be developed by a 3rd party but published by a first party
What does second party really mean? I think I have a general idea of what it is but I'm not 100% sure.
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. I just know that it means they will remain exclusive.

Well, my definitions =
1st Party = Made by Console company or dev studio owned by company (God of War)
2nd Party = Published by onwer of console but developed by a non-owned company (Gears of War)
3rd party = published by and developed by company not owned by console maker (Madden)

SO really, All we have that I am aware of are FF XIII, and MGS 4.

1st Party= the console maker themselves
2nd Party= a company the console maker owns; i.e. Microsoft & Rare
3rd Party= self explanatory

Second party should mean it's developed by an independent developer, but published by Sony. I guess first party should include games developed by Sony (SCEA, SCEJ) and the developers Sony owns.

First Party

Ico - Developed by SCEI, published by Sony.

Resistance, Ratchet and Clank - Developed by Insomniac, which is owned by Sony, published by Sony. [edit: wrong!]

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, Jak and Daxter - Developed by Naughty Dog, which is owned by Sony, published by Sony.

Second Party

Lair - Developed by Factor 5, an independent developer, published by Sony.

Third Party

Tekken 6 - Developed by Namco, an independent developer, published by Namco.

Just sort of guessing here. I guess “second party” kind of depends on the definition of “independent developer.”

Edit:
1st Party= the console maker themselves
2nd Party= a company the console maker owns; i.e. Microsoft & Rare
3rd Party= self explanatory
But wouldn't Halo be considered first party? Is there really much distinction between Microsoft and dev houses Microsoft wholly owns? Certainly not in Bungie's case.

I'm pretty sure Insomniac isnt owned by Sony

But Yeah, what you posted is what I was thinking about second party.

Thanks

you might as well make this a list of of all exclusive titles. even the ones currently out.

first , 2nd, or 3rd party...u can indicate on the list.

I guess I have to recant my post. I guess 1st party is in-house, which Bungie is, while 2nd party would be owned by a company but out of house, which Rare is (since Rare has always sort of been my definition of second party).

But what about games developed by independent devs and published by first parties? Still second party? Gentlemen, I suggest we have a party-description gap.

I think the whole party debate goes something like this.

When a game is made by the console company or a subsidiary thereof, it's 1st Party (Rare and Bungie for Microsoft would be on those lines)

When a game is made by a 3rd party, but the game is in some way owned by the console maker, that's 2nd party (Rare's DKC games for the SNES, some of the other companies that Nintendo's been farming out games like Yoshi's Island DS to).

When a game is made by a 3rd party and the console maker has no say on whether it's only on their system or goes to others, that's 3rd party.

Unless I'm out of the loop, there's a large number of games on Cornerstone's list aboive that are 1st or 2nd party.

Cornerstone, you're da man, thanks for the list.

Personally, i don't really care about 1st party, 2nd party or 3rd party exclusives... As long as it's a PS3 exclusive, that should be good enough for me. Of course, the question is 3rd party exclusives, so i can't argue with that...

IMO, even if the future 3rd party games go multiplatform, i still think the PS3 version will be better if the prices are same.

The 3rd party games wouldn't be so bad if companies grew some balls and put servers up, instead of sacrificing online play/DLC yet utilizing them on Xbox Live.

What company did this? I know Bethesda claimed DLC was not possible on the PS3 due to 'hardware constraints', but it was really to give them an excuse to release it later and charge for it (I believe the DLC comes out later this year).

Yeah everything seems first party now with the exception of Final Fantasy, Tekken and MGS. All of which are great titles anyways.

I just hope the first party titles are as good as they were on the PS2. The PS2 had alot of good first party titles, and that made the system worth owning.

I would rather the ps3 version be ported out, rather than ported in.
I would rather the ps3 version be ported out, rather than ported in.
agree... as a matter of fact, it's easier to port to X360 if the game is first developed on the PS3 platform.
i think multiplayer will be deciding factor when choosing which version to get. both will look good.
Hmmm, as of now may be, but it will change once the PS3's cell is truely utilized...
