Ps4 being OOS

CAGiversary!
Since the ps4 is always oos everywhere and it's hard to get one and then you have xbox one being in stock for a couple days now, does that mean the ps4 is doing better in sales vs. the xbox one ?

It means nothing since you don't  know inventory.  If Target has 100 Xbox's but only 10 ps3's, then the ps3 will likely sell out first.  Doesnt mean the ps3 is selling better in this example, just means that there were fewer ps3's to sell.  There's probably other factors too.

The "shortage" might come from the fact that PS4s are available in more markets than the Xbox One so their supplies are more scattered and limited. IIRC PS4s are in around 40 markets while the Xbox One are in around 15.
