PS4 game sharing. Need help

Can someone point me in the right direction of how to share on PS4? We are trying where my buddy logs in under my name and sets his PS4 as my primary and I login under his and set my PS4 as his primary but when he downloads a game from my account and logs in under his account, it says the game is locked.
