It sounds like they will be doing something similar to Xbox 360s drm on digital content from this gen. You will have a console that you declare your "home" console, and you and anyone else can play any game on that system. And any other console you want to play the game on, you can log in and only your ID will have access to that game. Not sure if this is set in stone yet.
They mention it in this vid at about the 48 sec mark.

Most likely not. which will kinda suck for my house.
From what I gather it will be more like the 360. Any profile on your Main console can play the games.
If you want to go to another room/friends house, you will have to log into your account in order to have him/other profile play the games.
They are kinda doing this now with PS3. Some of the more recently DLC is being handled by a per PSN profile basis. See GOW:A, Soul Sacrifice
