The PS4 currently does not support external drives.
These 3 internal drives will work.
Be mindful that the hard drive should be no bigger then a 2.5 inch (9 MM)) or it will not fit.
If you sign up for Newegg's email lost they usually send out daily deals with pretty descent promo codes etc.

Out of the three drives htz linked, I'd recommend the 2TB Samsung Spinpoint. Regularly goes on sale for $100 and it's the largest drive you can install in your PS4. It's one I have in my PS4 and it works great.
