PS4 Vertical stand

Anyone here use or have used the official PS4 vertical stand that can give me some input? I just got the Darth Vader ps4 and would like to show it off but I have read that the stands tend to make the systems heat up due to blocking the vents, also Ive seen people say you shouldnt stand up the system regardless.

Thoughts or experiences?
